Fein begins construction on Echo Lake apartments, townhomes in City Place

Fein, a leader in high-end residential development, has begun construction on Echo Lake, a 21.4-acre project at 2002 Spring Stuebner Road in north Houston’s City Place, according to an April 1 news release.
